This is quite possibly one of my favorite layouts that I have ever made! It just all seemed to come together for me and I tried some techniques that I had never tried before including using Nancie's schmootzy frame stamps to cut out the picture instead of put a frame around it. And I also tried my hand at colorizing a black and white photo. I tried to make it look like an old-fashioned hand tinted photo. The little cutie girl is my mother-in-law. The papers, ribbon and flowers are all from the Scrap Artist and Jen Wilson combo kit called Forget Me Not. I used Nancie Rowe Janitz's Schmootzy Frames to cut out the picture. And I used her corner stamp from the Mary Jane kit. Fonts are Antique Type 1 and 2 by Hope Wallace (available at the Scrap Artist Shoppe) and PetraScriptEF. Staples are by Kristie David (Shabby Princess).
